GoldenPokemon are a special variant infused with bright Aura energy. They are built for special pressure and speed, trading away physical bulk.

What Golden does

How to get GoldenPokemon

Eligibility and restrictions
- Stones can only be used on base Pokemon (no Shiny/Aura/Golden/Shadow).
- Only certain species are eligible for Golden infusion.
- Eligibility can change between seasons. The game will show you what can be infused when you reach the Research Lab (or when you try to use a stone).
Tip: Golden is best for special attackers and faster builds.
