Merry Christmas Everyone. I guess it's now time to announce the Christmas Event!
Aurora Constellation Hunt is live!
While the Christmas event is active, the game UI switches to the Christmas theme and the Aurora Constellation Hunt event page will show up in the Events menu.
How it works:
- There are 12 event maps. Each map has its own constellation track with 6 tasks.
- Finish a map constellation once and claim it for 1 Aurora Star (plus bonus rewards).
- Constellations do not reset. One completion per map for the whole event.
Finding nodes on the map:
- Star Beacons and Snowbound Gifts are actual nodes on the maps. You have to explore and walk up to them to use them.
- Star Beacons: 3 uses per map, and there are 3 separate Star Beacon nodes on each map.
- Snowbound Gift: 1 per map.
Galaxy conversions:
- Galaxy conversion cost: 4 Aurora Stars.
- Max 3 Galaxy conversions per account during the event.
- You can only do 1 Galaxy conversion per day.
- You are converting one of your own normal Pokemon into the Galaxy version of the event Pokemon (the event page shows which Pokemon it is under Galaxy Reward).
Tip: If you are hunting for all 3 Galaxies, you can earn up to 12 Aurora Stars total (12 maps), which is enough for 3 conversions at 4 stars each.
